This policy explains what personal data NOMYO LLC, 2810 N Church St, PMB 947236 Wilmington, DE 19802-4447 USA, (“NOMYO”) collects as a controller, why, and what rights you have. It covers the website at nomyo.ai and the account data of NOMYO’s services.
Personal data that NOMYO processes on behalf of a customer, such as the content of inference requests, Service Metadata, Assistant conversations, and aissurance data, is not covered here. NOMYO processes that data as a processor under the Data Processing Addendum, and how it is handled is set out in the Data Handling Commitments.
1. Privacy by Design
NOMYO collects the minimum data necessary to provide its services. Under Encrypted Inference, NOMYO cannot read customer content at all; see Section 4 of the Data Handling Commitments.
2. The Website
The website sets no advertising cookies, does no behavioural profiling, and does no device fingerprinting. The Watermark Checker runs entirely in your browser; nothing you paste into it is uploaded. [Web server logs containing IP addresses are retained for [7] days for security purposes.]
3. Account Data
When you or your organisation create an account or enter into an agreement with NOMYO, NOMYO collects:

NOMYO does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising.
4. Where Data Is Held
Account data is hosted at NOMYO’s hosting facility in Germany, operated by an affiliate of NOMYO LLC. NOMYO LLC is established in the United States, and its personnel there may access account data for billing, support, and operations. That access is a transfer to the United States; for customers in the EU or UK it is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in the Data Processing Addendum.
Third parties that process data on NOMYO’s behalf are listed in the Subprocessor List.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Port your data to another service
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise a right, email ichi@nomyo.ai. NOMYO responds within 30 days. If your request concerns content you submitted to a NOMYO service as a customer’s user, NOMYO will direct you to that customer, who controls that data.
6. California Residents
NOMYO complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to know whether it is sold or shared (it is not), and to exercise these rights without discriminatory treatment.
7. Changes to This Policy
NOMYO may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new version number and effective date. Prior versions are archived and remain available.
